Eye Bags Prevention

If you’re trying to prevent yourself from looking dreadful and you want to do anything you can to avoid obtaining any type of eye bags then you’re not alone. With effort, it’s quite possible that you can minimize the presence of bags under your eyes in addition to the dark circles and the rest of the zombie apocalypse look that you might have. There are plenty of reasons why this type of saggy fatty tissue build up occurs, but I’m not going to get into the causes here. I’m going to give you a specific routine that’s going to help you further prevent from having to deal with those eye bags.

How to prevent eye bags

How To Prevent From Getting Eye Bags

This is a simple formula that should help prevent you from getting the eye bags that you continue to have to fight your body against. These facial features are not unavoidable and you’ll know just how to keep your body in tip-top shape or at least in good enough shape to fight the bags for good!

Get Plenty of Sleep
If you want to disassociate yourself from the bags under eyes club then you need to get a good night’s rest, every night. If you’re not getting a minimum of eight hours sleep each night then you’re depriving your body of exactly what it needs in order to be eye bag free. Waking up with eye bags in the morning is somewhat normal if you’re middle-aged or older, but having to deal with that look throughout the day is not normal at all. It means your body is lacking some good old fashion sleep.

Keep Hormones Balanced
As we age, our hormones can start to change and this can often have a minor impact on the bags under your eyes. Keeping your hormones balances can certainly help prevent you from having to deal with eye bags. I should probably mention that this is only a small factor, but still worth mentioning.

Cut Back On Caffeine
If you’re drinking 4-5 cups of coffee per day then you’re likely drinking too much. If you want to really put forth the effort to prevent eye bags from forming then you should try your best to limit your caffeine intake.

Stop Smoking
This one is huge when it comes to having healthy skin in general. If you’re a smoker, you need to cut that out right away. I suggest quitting immediately because it’s 100% a factor in your skin quality and eye bag status. Not to mention it’s a pretty unhealthy and gross habit to have anyway. Just stop smoking for overall health purposes.

Avoid Certain Foods
If you do everything I’ve mentioned above and you still have eye bags, well, you need to take a look at what you’re consuming. Minimizing carbohydrates, eliminating all fried foods and alcohol should help further prevent from having to deal with the bags under your eyes.

That’s just scratching the surface but I thought it was worth mentioning all of the preventative measures one could take in order to avoid any eye bag situations.
